The editor, the web app and roswaal serve each carry the licence of every open-source package they bundle in THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt, copied from the package's own licence file, and the release binaries carry Node.js's too. It is read from what the build actually contains, and a bundled package with no licence file stops the build.

Where nothing ships, the licence reads None needed rather than "not licensed to us". Trademark lines are said once per holder, and that Roswaal is not affiliated with anyone listed, once for the page.
• 0.159.0roswaal serve from a release binary no longer caches files other than the editor's hashed assets for a year, so an upgrade is seen at once.
