Setters assign with += and its kin, and a call can hand back several values.

Release

  1. 0.172.0Setters assign with += and its kin, and a call can hand back several values.New2026-10-14

Added

  • 0.172.0Assign with an operator. Set Local, Set Variable, Set Property and Set Key can write +=, -=, *=, /=, //=, %=, ^= or ..= in place of =: choose it under Assign with in the Inspector. The Value pin says what it does, such as Add (+=).
  • 0.172.0A call can hand back several values. Set Results on Call Function or Call Method and it has an output for each: local ok, err = pcall(f).
  • 0.172.0Import draws both. x += 1 becomes the setter x = 1 would, with its operator, and local a, b = f() becomes one call with a result for each name, each read wired to its own.

Fixed

  • 0.172.0Import keeps a key written in brackets. t["name"] = v came back as t.name = v.
